How often will we meet?

We meet weekly over video, 60 minutes a session. If a week doesn't work, we move the session instead of losing it, so the number of weeks in your program is the number of sessions we'll have. I do planning work before and after each one, and you get a written follow-up with notes and action items after every session.

Is this remote?

Yes. Everything runs remotely over video.

How long is the program?

Three lengths: 12 weeks, 24 weeks, or 52 weeks. Most athletes choose the 6-month.

Fencers looking for mentorship and coaching on their mental system, their approach to training and competition, and their understanding of their own fencing.

Is there an age minimum?

Generally around 11 to 12 and up. Younger than that, the work usually asks more than an athlete is ready for. There are exceptions, though. If you're not sure it's the right time, reach out and we'll figure out fit together.

What level do I need to be?

Any level. I'll meet you where you are, and the framework grows with you from there. The only prerequisite is commitment.

No, I'm not a licensed clinician. It's a mentorship and development program for fencers.

Do you coach technique?

The program itself is mental and developmental. Tactics and technique come up in video review, where I watch your actual bouts.

What actually happens in the program?

We meet consistently and keep refining a process you can run on and off the strip. We build a system together, rooted in how I think about training, competing, and life.

What does it cost?

The 1:1 program runs $2,800 for 3 months, $5,000 for 6 months, or $9,750 for 12 months. Standalone video reviews start at $110. If cost is what's standing in your way, take a look at the scholarship.

Before your fifth session, if you decide the program isn't the right fit, you get a full refund. No questions asked.

Yes, on the 6-month and 12-month. The 3-month is paid upfront.

Your own system. That's the routines and tools you've built, plus a send-off package we put together across the whole program. By the end, you'll be able to run it without me.
